Our Services

Mechutopia provides services such as website design and hosting, custom web applications, MVP development, production delivery, AI integration, 3D content, and IT consultation. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and acceptance criteria for a project will be confirmed in a proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, access, feedback, and approvals needed to complete the project.
• Ensure that materials supplied to Mechutopia may legally be used for the agreed project.
• Review deliverables and communicate requested changes within the agreed review period.
• Use completed websites, applications, and systems lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Fees, Changes, and Delays

Fees and payment milestones will be set out in the relevant project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate or change request. Mechutopia is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, delayed approvals, third-party providers, hosting platforms, or events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, each party retains ownership of materials it supplied. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final project deliverables. Mechutopia retains ownership of its reusable tools, frameworks, know-how, and pre-existing materials. Third-party software, fonts, images, APIs, and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Confidentiality and Third-Party Services

Each party will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared for a project. Projects may depend on third-party hosting, payment, analytics, AI, email, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy policies, and Mechutopia cannot guarantee their continued operation or uninterrupted availability.

Warranties and Liability

Services and deliverables are provided as described in the applicable project agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Mechutopia is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of a deliverable or third-party service. Any liability limits and project-specific warranties are governed by the applicable written agreement.
